How It Works

Your groceries, cooked.
Your kitchen, clean.

Once a week we come to your home, cook a set number of meals from the groceries you bought, portion everything into labeled foil pans, store it, and clean up. Your only job: heat and eat.

Five steps

From first call to a full fridge

  1. 01

    Book a free consultation

By phone or in your home. We talk through your household size, tastes, allergies and dietary needs, fasting days, and your kitchen setup.

  2. 02

Pick your plan & pan size

Choose how many meals you want each visit and the pan size that fits your household — from small pans for two to deep pans for a crowd.

  3. 03

Get your menu & grocery list

We send your menu and a grocery list a few days ahead. You shop (or add our grocery shopping service) and have everything ready.

  4. 04

We cook, pack, label & clean

We cook in your kitchen, portion every dish into foil pans with lids, label them, refrigerate or freeze, and leave your kitchen clean. A typical visit takes 3–5 hours.

  5. 05

    Heat & eat all week

Every pan is labeled with the dish name, the date, and reheating instructions. Take it out, heat it, eat it.

The details

What to know before your first visit

The grocery list

  • A few days before each visit we send your menu and a grocery list.
  • You shop — or add our grocery shopping service and we'll pick everything up (groceries billed at cost).
  • Can't find something? Tell us before the visit and we'll substitute. If an item is missing on the day and we didn't hear about it, we skip that dish.

Your kitchen

  • A working stove and oven.
  • Enough fridge and freezer space for your plan — we'll help you size it during your consultation.
  • Basic pots and pans. We cook with your cookware; if something's missing, we'll bring a couple of our own.
  • Clear entry and access instructions if no one will be home.

Scheduling

  • You get a recurring weekly slot. Every-other-week service is available too.
  • Need to move a visit? No fees — just let us know in advance.
  • A typical visit takes 3–5 hours, depending on your plan.
  • Holiday weeks (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Genna, Fasika) are in high demand and priced slightly higher — see Plans & Pricing.

Food safety

  • Every pan is labeled with the dish, the date it was cooked, and reheating instructions.
  • Refrigerated meals are best eaten within 3–4 days; frozen meals are best within 2–3 months.
  • Reheat until hot all the way through (165°F). Thaw frozen pans overnight in the fridge.
  • Allergies: tell us about every allergy at your consultation. We cook carefully, but a home kitchen can't be guaranteed allergen-free.
